All of our handmade items are made custom and special for you by me, so they are not ready to ship. They are made when you order them, to ensure they are just how you like them!

The turnaround time is currently 10-14 Business days for Bows/Wraps, and 14-21 Business Days for t-shirts, not including holidays or weekends, and is stated at the top of every page. Turnaround time is from the day you place the order until the time I ship it to you.

The business hours are from 10AM - 7PM EST unless on drop days, we are open until 10PM. If you place an order outside of these hours, turnaround time will begin the next business day.
